The Clean Cribs CoTerms of Service
Clear and transparent service terms for our Stockton-on-Tees and Teesside cleaning clients.
1. Bookings & Scheduling
All cleaning services must be booked in advance via our website or phone. Appointments are only confirmed once availability and the specific details of your Stockton-on-Tees property have been agreed upon.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed visits where our team cannot gain access may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time and staff resources.
3. Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to enter the “crib” at the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the specific service selected (Deep Clean, End-of-Tenancy, etc.) and the property details provided. Final pricing is confirmed before the clean begins. Payment is due prior to or immediately upon completion of the service.
5. Scope of Service
Each service follows a defined professional checklist. Tasks requested outside the original agreed scope, or properties requiring significantly more time than estimated, may require a service upgrade or a revised quote.
6. The Happy Crib Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If any area has been missed or is not up to our standard, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and arrange for a professional resolution immediately.
7. Liability & Insurance
Clean Crib Co. is fully insured for your peace of mind. While we take every precaution and treat your space with total respect, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or items that are not securely fixed.
8. Products & Equipment
We provide all professional-grade equipment and cleaning products. We prioritise the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic products to protect your family, your pets, and the Teesside environment.
9. Health, Safety & Conduct
We reserve the right to decline or stop a service if the environment is deemed unsafe or if inappropriate behavior occurs. The safety and well-being of our cleaning professionals is a priority.
