What happens after I book?

You will receive an instant email confirmation with your booking details. We will also send you a separate email with login details for your personal The Clean Crib Co. account, where you can manage everything securely.

How do I rebook or add future cleans?

There is no need to fill out the form again! Simply log in to your account using the details we emailed you. From your dashboard, you can book new visits, change dates, or adjust your schedule in just a few clicks.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your personal dashboard stores all your history. Once you log in, you can view, download, and print all your past invoices and see the payment status for upcoming cleans.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

That is up to you. Many clients provide a key or lockbox code. You can add these specific entry instructions securely inside your account dashboard so our cleaners know exactly what to do.

How do I update my payment details?

You can update your card details safely inside your client portal. We do not store card numbers directly; everything is processed securely via our payment provider.

Can I cancel or reschedule a visit online?

Yes, you have full control. If your plans change, simply log in to your dashboard to reschedule or cancel a booking instantly. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees
